CGoal Educational Services was founded in 2020 by Shivani Babray — an education professional with a deep passion for transforming student lives through international opportunities.

Having worked as a Branch Manager at Manya The Princeton Review and observed firsthand the confusion and anxiety students face when navigating global education systems, Shivani set out to build something different — a consultancy that genuinely puts students first.

The name "CGoal" reflects our core philosophy: every student has a career goal, and our job is to create the clearest, most strategic path to reach it — regardless of background, budget, or starting point.

Shivani Babray is not your typical education consultant. With an MBA in Marketing & Finance and hands-on experience as a Branch Manager at Manya The Princeton Review, she brings rare combination of academic strategy, business acumen, and genuine student empathy.

She founded CGoal in 2020 with a vision that was radically student-centric — no misleading promises, no one-size-fits-all packages. Just honest, data-driven guidance tailored to each individual's strengths, goals, and budget.

Her expertise spans 26+ countries including UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, and more. She has personally guided students to top-ranked universities worldwide — including those with prior visa refusals and complex profiles.
