CGoal Educational Services shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising due to incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the student or related parties.
Our digital products, webinars, guides, kits, online classes, and educational resources are created for general informational and educational purposes related to study abroad pathways. These resources are not fully profile-based or personalized unless specifically mentioned under one-on-one consulting or premium services.
We collect and use student information solely for study abroad-related services, including admissions guidance, applications, SOP/LOR assistance, scholarships, visa processing, counseling, university communication, and related educational support services.

After completion of the student's study abroad process or associated services, student data may be removed, archived, or deleted from our active systems as per internal operational requirements. Students are advised to save and maintain copies of all important documents, communications, offer letters, visas, receipts, and records for future reference.
CGoal Educational Services provides guidance, educational support, and consulting assistance only. Final decisions regarding admissions, scholarships, visas, financial approvals, university outcomes, or immigration matters are solely under the authority of universities, embassies, immigration departments, banks, and related third-party institutions.
